The experience we had with Ólafur was very good. He was responsive and accommodating to meet us for pick-up / drop-off when it suited us best. The pick-up and drop-off process were very laid back, fair and honest - unlike many rental companies that try to squeeze every last penny out of the renter. The car was delivered to us clean and with a full tank as expected. The car itself was great too, it ran well and didn't use too much fuel, making it great value-for-money to explore Iceland.
